Zardoz haunts me

One film in particular has come back to haunt me and that is "Zardoz" Quite possiblily the worst film Sean Connery was ever in. I recently rented it again and really enjoyed it since it is so bad! The dialogue is so bad that it's memorable. The special effects are hilarious and worth seeing! And seeing Sean Connery prance around in ared jock strap for most of the film is priceless! In fact I'm going to host a Zardoz outdoor movie party on my lawn next month! Let me know if you want to attend and experience one of my favorite classic cult B movies.

Type of film which made me keep thinking about it long after it finished.

Kept wondering "What was real and what was just acting?" between the two characters.

Watch the extra concerning the interesting filming technique used.

Not a Treasure

This film wants to be an Indiana Jones type film but falls far far short in my opinion. The script is lousy, lines are stupid, the interaction between characters is awkward, there's not enough action.

The scene in the water (near the end) sums everything up for me - a cast of great actors just swirling around - someone please flush this one.

Lars and the Real Girl Review

I loved this film!. Surprisingly good because despite the fact that one of the main characters is a sex doll the film contains no nudity and very little foul language. Very refreshing. Pace is a little slow buy it fits the story. I also like that it's NOT crowded with lots of big name stars - that helps the small town feel of the flick. It kind of has a "Fargo" feel.

Very funny but still powerful enough to make me cry at the end.

Feel good On a Clear Day

I feel that this is one one of the best "feel good" films I've seen in a long time.

I loved the characters and the cimematography. It made me laugh out loud and cry. It may be a bit predictable but still I really enjoyed it - perhaps because I personally related to it in that I'm currently in training to swim the Straits of Mackinac later this summer.
