I really don't love this movie. I find it really boring. So I wouldn't reccomend this to anyone, especially those who had seen and loved other ghibli movies, i'm pretty sure that it will only dissapoint.
I don't relate to the characters, the plot is painfully predictable and I just couldn't care less about this crumbling world they called Earthsea. And to top that, the animation just isn't special, certainly not anything close to other ghibli movies.
I didn't read the books, but if they're good enough to be called 'cult novels' then sadly, this is just a very shit adaption of them.
