The main problem I had with A Simple Curve is that it feels & looks like a Hallmark or Lifetime movie. Is that bad? No, I guess not, but is is lacking any kind of distinct style. The performances, while being

nothing more than fine. The story feels preachy and it's nothing we haven't heard thousands of times before. We do get some great cinematography, but I have to say that most of that was probably because of the beautiful location it was filmed at. All in all it's not a bad film, but with nothing that really stands out, it will be easily forgotten by me.
