The chase through the "door factory" in Monsters Inc. is pretty darn amazing.
Every single frame of The Incredibles has something cool to look at, but I'm a big fan of the "jungle chase" sequence.
But the most memorably beautiful sequence in a CG film would have to be ... Jesse the Cowgirl's flashback song/story in Toy Story 2.
