I was wanting to see this movie agian for years, but I couldn't find it anywhere. *cries* I couldn't even remember it's name. I would have never known if my husband wouldn't have told me, and he wouldn't have known what I was talking about if he hadn't played the video game. Yeah, that's right... there was a game on the NES based off this movie.
And this movie wasn't just one of those movies that you love when you're a kid and don't later on because I was actually able to watch the first half hour of this movie a year ago and still really enjoyed it.
It's that story of a kid doing something he was told not to and of course being able to fix it after. This is what I wish cartoons were still like... and Flip is that charactor that every cartoon needs to bring to life to have us coming back for more. He smokes, drinks, and causes everyone trouble. While he is hated by all, we can't help but to love him. He is unforgettable as is this touching, wonderfully mischievous film.
