we all love the originals of any movie, but common, were in the year 2007 and we are making REMAKES, stop comparing them to other things. Like the movie for what it is.
Frankly, i LOVED the hitcher remake, i haven't seen the original of the 2003 sequel. This movie was incredible. I was on the edge of my bed when i was watching it.
Maybe cause being chased like that is one of my biggest fears perhaps? I don't know for sure. But i definittly give this 5 stars
