When you're finding what you're looking for and discovering new movies...when you're having so much fun talking movies you're going to bed late...and when you're here so often you have trouble getting all your work done...that makes our day.

But if you're unhappy, that makes us sad.

What can we do better? What are we doing well? Here are a few ways to be heard:

1) Post any questions or concerns in our Customer Care group. We'll do whatever we can to address any issues you're having with Spout.

2) If you'd like to share any comments or ideas, you're always welcome to put your two cents in the Feedback forum.

3) Sometimes we hold testing labs at our offices in Grand Rapids, MI. If you'd like us to contact you next time we're looking for testers (we compensate, by the way) email us at participate@spout.com and include:

• your age

• your location (you must be able to come to our office in Grand Rapids, MI)

• your phone number 

• your sex (M or F) 

• if you are a member of Spout.com

• how many hours you spend on the internet each week.
